## Delivery and ordering context

- Minimum order value: €35.
- Frozen products are shipped in a thermobox by express delivery; typical delivery time is 1 working day after dispatch.
- Fresh, chilled and dry products use standard delivery; typical delivery time is 1–3 working days after dispatch.
- Shipping is usually Monday to Thursday so temperature-sensitive products are not delayed over the weekend.
- Packaging fees can apply depending on cart contents: thermobox for frozen products and thermobag/thermal packaging for chilled products.
- Dry-only orders do not need chilled or frozen packaging.

## Agent guidance
